Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging

After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, The Peak Cart will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may qualify for a return under this policy.
